E-MAIL SETUP & HELP

Where can I see my caught spam?

IMPORTANT NOTE : The spam folder is the ONLY folder that our mail services manipulate your mail - by trimming the folder to always keeping a maximum of 7 days.

There are a few ways to locate & view filtered mail (spam) by our system:

(1) If you are using WebMail (mail via the browser), you will find a folder called 'Caught-Spam', which contains all of your spam and is automatically trimmed to a 7-day retention.

(2) If you are viewing your mail on a Tablet or Phone (both which typically use IMAP), or a PC setup with IMAP (instead of POP3), you will automatically see your "Caught-Spam" folder.

Note : In some sitiuations, mail programs on Phones, Tablets and PC's rename the folder to "Junk".

(3) To view all recently filtered spam, rescue messages AND control your whitelists (protect) and blacklists (ban) mail, you can do so in our Spam Control center, located here:
