The customer's equipment will reside at KAW Networks, Limited's (d/b/a "World Net")offices in San Antonio, Texas. This Agreement is for all computer system and associated peripherals. The colocated equipment will be attached to World Net's network via one port of a 10/100baseT ethernet switch.
Customer must provide insurance for their equipment. World Net's office is protected by a monitoring system, however World Net bears no responsibility for losses due to theft, fire, or other damage.
Access to Customer equipment is provided during World Net's regular business hours of 8 AM to 6 PM weekdays or 24/7 via a digital access key.
If desired, World Net will provide data monitoring services for Customer's equipment via the SNMP protocol giving the customer full access to their bandwidth/data usage.
The Colocation Agreement does not include system administration services. At the Customer's request, a World Net staff members can reboot or power cycle the Customer's system. System Administration services are available at World Net's standard consulting rates.
World Net reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
