There is enclosed herewith Voucher No. 11402 of the McCurtain County Court Clerk’s office for your proportionate part of the balance of $635.36 in your father’s and Mrs. Bettie Brazil’s estates. This represents, of course, your proportionate part of the 2/3rd belonging to the Brazil heirs as the Brinkley heirs received 1/3rd and since there were only two of them they each has more than the Brazil heirs.
A statement of the disbursement of the $2400.00 paid in by Edna Bollinger who elected to take the property at the appraised value is enclosed herewith.
Your proportionate part is in the amount of $84.72, the amount of the voucher enclosed.
