Rosary for Moises
G. Guerrero, 70, of Lubbock will be at 7 p.m. today at White Memorial Chapel.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at
St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael O'Dwyer
officiating.
Burial will be in Peaceful Gardens Memorial
Park in Woodrow under the direction of White Funeral Home of Lubbock.
He died Saturday, May 18, 2002.
He was born Jan. 28, 1932, in San Luis,
Mexico. He married Socorro Tienda on July 17, 1954,
in Hidalgo. He moved from the Rio Grande Valley to Lubbock in 1957. He worked
for H.C. Lewis Construction. He was a Cursillistas
and a Eucharist minister at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons,
Armando Gaytan and Joe Gaytan,
both of Lubbock; seven daughters, Ana Torres of Houston, Alma Gutierrez, Ruth
Velasquez, Gloria Guerrero and Mary Lou Garcia, all of Lubbock, Amparo Gonzalez of Round Rock and Carmen Lopez of Wichita,
Kan.; a brother, Antonio Bustos of McAllen; a sister,
Maria Medillin of Reynosa,
Mexico; 32 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and one
great-great-grandchild.
