Ive been hunting for the first time this year and on the 2nd of December went on a exotic hunt and shot a 4 horn ram. 10 sets of hunters had been after this ram and Craig and I brought him home. Then yesterday, my last day to hunt this season, Craig and I went hunting in the moring and we saw the 8 point buck that we had seen at Craigs Dads property the first of the season. We went back last night and he was there with several does, and I shot him. Isn't he beautiful...

What a thrill!!

We got a SURPRISE!!

She arrived on Easter Sunday morning and was a pure accident... I had three babies from 2006 in a pasture together until they were just a year old. There was Radar, who was a stud colt and two fillies. Turns out that we moved them just a little toooooo late. Diamond, a Black and White filly is now the proud mother of a Bay Filly.

And Diva, a breed stock paint is showing signs of foaling which should be before the week is out.. Radar was a busy boy!!!!

Houston Live Stock Show March 2008

I went up to Houston for the show and took Victoria and Scyler, Craigs grandson. We had a great time, a little stressful trying to keep up with two children, but it was fun. Pictures were taken with my phone so they are not the greatest.

Diva's baby was born! His name for now is Peanut, he was so small.

Victoria and Peanut. The babies really like her. They are drawn to the little ones. The only thing we have to watch is that they don't jump and try to play with her like they would another baby.

Here are two new friends, Diamond, the paint and Happy Hour, the dun. Both seem to be taking care of Diamonds filly.

Barbie finally had her foal. He is a little Dun, you can already see his tiger stripes on his legs.

Finally got some good pictures of Ms. Victoria on her riding horse, Tweety. She is doing so well. She trotted for the first time last night. She had a blast!
