The founders of ILS have lived through nearly every business situation that can be imagined.  After having seen - and often solved - the problems from the inside, we now want to use our experience to help organizations find solutions which can improve their overall performance and, most importantly, their bottom line.

We know, as you do, that effective leadership is the key to an organization's success.  The challenge, then, is to develop leaders who can create a vision and work environment that will encourage people to commit, to be fully engaged, and to work together more effectively.  With this in mind, ILS has adopted the following mission statement:
