Lessons Learned the Hard Way
 

Don't get mad at somebody who knows more than you do, it's not their fault.

If you're planning to get yourself a good stallion, don't go looking in a donkey corral.

When one horse pulls and the other one bucks, you aren't going to get anywhere.

Moo low, moo slow, and don't moo to much.

It's called "Principles: Addiction & Recovery Tips & Talks".  It's a free weekly publication, sent to your email address.
